    excellent amenities

    Awesome place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an excellent bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me print tickets. I highly recommend enjoying the club lounge. I'm coming back for a weekend!

    The beds were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic - loaning me an iphone power cord when I forgot mine was very nice. Location was a bit tricky but an easy walk to Darling Harbour was a big plus.

    the hotel was stylish and the staff customer-focused, decent location close to the train station as well as darling harbour. the room was high quality and nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable.

    The hotel was ideal, the room was brand-new and I truly enjoyed fabulously helpful staff. The restaurant was fabulous for breakfast here, I had fine dishes. The view of the harbor it had was spectacular! The location was excellent and perfect, relatively near Central Business District. There were convention centers and banks close to this property.

    Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Concierge was helpful. Easy walk to most of the sights of Sydney.

    Initial response was that it wasn't really "Darling Harbour" and was a little put off by the freeway immediately out the front of the hotel. Reception was a little sparse on welcome and amenities and didn't even point us to the lifts.

    Its proximity to to The Sydney convention Center ,The Sydney entertainment centre and Darling Harbour area including the Visitors Center . 3 d Cinema and lots of seaside restaurants.Also ot far from Paddys Markets and a walk of a few streets away there is George Street and Pitt street for good central city shopping.Also it is only two blocks away from the Ghoulburn Street Chinatown with lots of Chinese restaurants and Food Courts. It is an excellent location and I will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Sydney .

    One thing my partner wasnt happy about was that there was no hygiene seal on the toilet in our room to say it had been cleaned prior to out arrival, although that may not be used in australia as it is widely in europe

    Location was good

    That the pool was unaccessible due to renovations. Being a hot weekend, it would have been good to have a swim. Also lack of parking. We had to park around the corner.

    1- excellent location: It is near most of the attractions. 2- big room and bathroom: very good for family (up to child). 3- 4.5 stars luxury.

    the spa and club floor is close for maintenance. I think It will be finish by early 2013.

    The location was fine and the room was clean

    Staff were abrupt and curt. Wi-Fi and Broadband available but at a premium. The minimum they could do is include these, considering the already high cost of the hotel

    One of the reasons we booked the hotel was the location, availability and price. Came for a work event but but brought the family to stay a couple of days longer to enjoy Darling Harbour and Sydney. We liked the service provided, very helpful staff members. Also we had a very nice view from the hotel room.

    We loved unwinding by the rooftop pool and indulging in the serene spa facilities during our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering plenty of choices to fuel our days. Just a heads up, parking fees felt a bit steep, so plan ahead! 🌟
